April Stamp'in up club

Our demonstrator has decided that we will make 2 projects each month. Next month I get the hostess credits so I need to figure out what I want with them. I am not completely sold on Stamp'in Up, I like some of their products but not enough to continue on with the club once my year commitment is up. I am planning on becoming a CTMH consultant because I LOVE their stamps and idea books. More on that when it is closer to happening and I will fill you in on how I am going to get customers.
This month we made these adorable pillow boxes. In side is a little baggie with wild flower seeds. What a great Mother's Day gift. I plan on finding a template for them online to make using my scor-pal. And as always a card, I am getting quite a collection of cards and really need to start sending them out to ppl. The one great thing about this club is I am using colours and patterns I would normally avoid. Makes me widen my mind on different choices.

March Stamp'in up club

So in March at my club I attend we made 2 projects. This adorable treat bag holder and the card.
With the flower on the card I folded the petals and pinched them up to give dimension.

The treat bad was very simple to make and all the edges are inked. I am going to make a variation of this for my daughter's, Cara, 2nd birthday. She love Nemo so need to get out the Cricut and cut out some fish LOL to decorate the bags with.

Mini Album Part 3

Here is the final pages of my first Mini Album. I want to thank you for following me in this journey, I have really enjoyed trying this out. I promise the next one I will do will be half this size :D.
Pg 13 - I had to find a way to include this paper. It is DCWV, of course, new Dazzle stack and I just found several different colours/pattern ones at Michael's. I will have to get them all. Ok why I LOVE this stack. It is thinner cs then their normal stacks but feels incredible, yes that is why I had to use it, I LOVE the feel of it. It is a very fine glitter stack, hard to punch and needs to be run through the Grand Calibur a couple of times to get it to cut nice because it has a plastic element in the paper. But other then that LOVE it.
Made two photo spots and the 3D Chipboard sticker reads "One fine day"
Pg 14 - Made a belly band with crocheted lace to hold a couple of tags. The one of the girls playing piano I covered in fine glitter and has says on the back "Songs about my Savior remind me of His Love" . Added the Cherish tag to the top of the lace to help prevent the other tags from falling out.
Here is a shot of the tags removed. I really love the fact that DCWV is adding a page to almost all their stacks of tags and journal spots. Makes co-ordinating pages or cards that much easier.
Pg 15 - Another easy page, the cs had all the elements with no need to add much to it. All I added was the chipboard "create" butterfly.
Pg 16 - Punched out a strip of glitter cs with my MS double punch and then using raised tape adhered it on the top and bottom of the page. Added the little butterfly to prevent the tags from sliding out. The rain drop reads "April flowers brings May flowers"
As you can see I used a white tag again and the 3 colours of ink to make a unique tag for a picture or journal. Love that striped ribbon, can't help but smile every time I see it.
Pg 17 - All most done I promise :) Using the Adhesive mat stack for DCWV Spring Fling I die cut out the label and then inked the edges in Yellow and Coral. The 3d chipboard flourish is from Reflections collection. When I saw this I KNEW I had to use it some way. Looks good there and the colours are so Springy.
Pg - 18 See the 3 holes this is the last one and then the back cover! I cut and embossed the inside of the cut piece from the same frame a couple of pages back. Added the Pearl heart by Prima Say It with Pearls. As well you can see that I attached the lace to this page.
Finale journal/picture box with a great Bing butterfly. AAAHHHH finally finished. This was a great labour of love and learning for me.
Here it is all put together with charms, lace and ribbon added to the rings. Doesn't look like much from this shot but wait tell you see the next one.
So here is the mini and as you can see not so mini LOL. It is held closed with coral ribbon that has flowers on it. Perfect ribbon as it matches the whole scheme of the album and box.
Sorry this is sideways but I added a little surprise. I cross stitched the butter fly then added Black Diamond Stickles to make the body. Glued the great lace around the frame then glued it all to a Butterfly Chipboard that I covered with the Dazzle paper. Now to find a box and ship it off. I really hope my pal is happy with it.

Thank you for follow this long process with me. I hope it helped some of you to try one on your own. I was very intimidated by this at first but really got into as I continued making different pages with different elements. I am sure that my next one will be even better!

Comment if you wish I do read them all, God Bless and have a wonderful day!
